Fried rice is a dish of rice that is fried in a frying pan or frying pan to produce a different taste and become a mainstay menu for Indonesian people at breakfast, it does not require special skills or long cooking times. Not only at breakfast, fried rice can also be served at dinner. As we know there are lots of street vendors selling fried rice at night.The basic ingredients of fried rice consist of a plate of rice, 1 red chili (chopped), a little salt, 1 clove of garlic (chopped), 1 chopped onion, 2 tablespoons margarine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

This is the directions to make it. First, Crush the red pepper, garlic, and union until they are very fine. Second, Add the salt and margarine over low heat for two minutes. Third, Add the rice and soya sauce. Then, Stir until it is well mixed and the rice is hot. After that, Serve hot on a plate. And then, Garnish with shredded omelet and slice cucumber and tomatoes. Finally, the dish is ready to eat.
